SAW welding machines - 4 No’s:

We have 4 Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) machines that enable high-quality, automated welding for large-scale projects.

Shearing machine:

Our shearing machine is vital for precise cutting and shaping of steel sheets and plates.

Shot blasting equipment:

We employ shot blasting equipment to prepare surfaces for painting and remove impurities from steel structures.

Radial Drilling machines:

Radial drilling machines are essential for accurate hole drilling in various steel components.

Profiling & Stitching Machine for Roof Sheeting:

This machine enables the precise profiling and stitching of roof sheeting, ensuring tight and secure joints.

Miscellaneous tools and tackle:

H-Beam Line - 600 Tonnes/Month:

Our H-Beam production line has a capacity of 600 tonnes per month, facilitating the efficient fabrication of structural steel beams.

MIG welding machines - 10 no’s:

With 10 MIG welding machines, we can handle multiple welding tasks simultaneously, ensuring productivity and quality.

Bending machine:

Our bending machine is used to create custom shapes and angles in structural components.

EOT and Ferrana:

Our Electric Overhead Traveling (EOT) and Ferrana cranes assist in handling heavy materials and components efficiently.

Painting unit

Magnetic Broach Cutters / Drill Machines / Grinder:
